HOA assessments are currently $185 per year, due on or before February 1st. You can pay them by mailing a check/money order to the address below or by credit card at the following site https://indyhost.net/sbfpoa.
Please note: HOA membership and assessments are NOT optional. The Sugar Bush Farms CC&Rs and Bylaws are tied to all deeds and are recorded in the Hendricks County Recorder’s Office as such. Those not paying their assessments will be turned over to the Association’s attorney for collection and possible court action.
