Special Meeting and Vote to Merge Convenants

A Special Meeting of the Sugar Bush Farms Property Owners Association is scheduled for Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM and will be held at the Brownsburg Fire Territory Station 132 located at 7455 East County Road 1000 North Brownsburg IN, 46112. (This is a different location than previous meetings) The Special Meeting will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. The Brownsburg Fire Territory has requested we park in front of the building, and that we do not block the bay doors.

The purpose of this Meeting will be to vote on the proposed changes and updates to the Covenants and Restrictions of Sugar Bush Farms. These proposed changes will also merge section 1-4 and 5-8 and put our community under one unified document. All proposed changes are highlighted in the provided document.

You can only vote in one of two ways: (1) by voting in person at the meeting or (2) by voting via proxy (where the proxy will be present and vote at the meeting).

If you are unable to attend the Special Meeting, please be sure to complete the attached proxy form and return the proxy in one of the following ways: (1) Mailing the proxy to the Sugar Bush Farms PO Box at PO Box 34564 Indianapolis, IN 46234, (2) by sending it electronically to info@sugarbushfarms.org or (3) give the signed proxy to another member of the Community (or a Board Member) prior to the Meeting. The proxy holder can also bring the completed, signed proxy to the Special Meeting.

If you wish to approve the changes and updates to the Covenants, you can simply sign your proxy form and leave the name of the proxy holder blank. By default, a Board Member will become your proxy and will vote Yes to approve the changes.

The success of the vote to Amend the Covenants and Restrictions will depend on the Homeowner’s participation in the Special Meeting, so please plan to attend or to vote by proxy. We need nearly universal support from the Homeowner’s to pass the proposed changes so your participation is vitally important.
